Crosslinkers
Crosslinkers of the LUBIO® Sulfosafe series form disulfide bonds between the polymer chains during the vulcanisation process, thereby improving the material properties and mechanical stability. The degree of cross-linking has an effect on the properties of the rubber.
Vulcanisation Accelerators
By the vulcanisation accelarators from the LUBIO® NCL series, the cross-linking of rubber products can be both accelerated and controlled. These catalysts are based on a newly developed cluster technology that can reduce the amount of sulphur in the vulcanisation process.
